PADI Divemaster course
Your first step towards a professional diving career starts here! After finishing this course you will be awarded the PADI Divemaster certificate. With this certificate you are able to independently guide divers on trips or assist an instructor with students in many different courses. The Open Water Scuba Instructor Course is just 1 step away.
A Divemaster needs to have perfect diving skills and knowledge about diving on a professional level. The theoretical part is mainly self-study. The Divemaster manual and The Encyclopedia of Recreational diving are your guides through the knowledge part.
While helping out at our dive shop we will teach you how to give proper briefings, arrange trips to different dive sites and assist our instructors with students and their learning difficulties. After this course you can start making money by doing what you like best!
The next step after this course is PADI Assistant Instructor or even PADI Open Water Scuba Instructor.
Requirements for participation:
- PADI Rescue Diver certification or a qualifying certification from another training organization.
- At least 20 dives in your log at the start of the course and 60 dives before application.
- Hold a EFR certification or proof of first aid and reanimation certification which is not older than 2 years.
- Be 18 years of age or older.
Duration of course:
Although the theoretical part of the course consists mainly of self-study, it will take at least 3 to 4 weeks to follow the course.
