Discover our (shore) diving trips

Did you know Curacao is an AWARE destination? We are all about "where conservation meets adventure" and it shows if you look at the efforts from the Curacao Dive Task Force (DTF). We are a proud member and we support the efforts of the Project AWARE Adopt A Dive Site initiative along with the 14 other members. In other words, we'd like to keep our dive sites clean! Check out our Eco-Dives section to see how you can help.

Curacao is voted as number 1 dive destination, so be sure to check it out! You can do this on your own, rent tank & weights or join our guided dives. Every dive site has something special to offer and our guides are more than happy to share their favorite dive site with you. We specialize in small group diving.

These trips are for certified divers and some of them are also suitable for snorkelers. Feel free to ask for availability and options. We also have a free pickup and drop off service within 10KM of our dive shop!

Adventurous Westpoint Boat Dive Special

We  start this trip  at our dive shop, from where we will drive to Santa Cruz. This is where we hop into the RIB and start our first dive at Watamula. This site gets its name from the Dutch words “watermolen,” or water mill, and there are plenty of currents here to lend validity to the name. Fields of pristine hard corals are interspersed with patches of luscious soft corals and giant sponges. While the reef extends past 100 feet, the abundance of marine life is found between 30 and 60 ft. Lunch is served after the first dive.

The second dive is at Mushroom Forest, where you'll find a huge stand of various types of star coral and other varieties of coral on a sandy plateau. Over the decades, the base of the corals have been slowly eroded by waves, fish, sponges and clams, creating the appearance of huge mushrooms growing on the ocean floor. Most of the coral is in 40 to 60 feet of water.

We end the second dive at The Blue Room, and it's exactly what you think it’s going to be: a cave totally bathed in a deep, blue light. There’s always room between the water’s surface and the ceiling of the cave, so you can swim into it without worries. If you go all the way to the end of the room and look back toward the entrance, the effect is stunning, especially on a sunny afternoon when the light illuminates everything to perfection.
